We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to defective manufacturing you must contact us immediately by phone,
(954-340-9554) or email within 30 days of purchase. If it was paid through Paypal, you must provide the Paypal transaction number in your correspondence. Once you receive an authorization number from us, repackage your order securely and send them back to us using Priority Mail. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. Once we receive your returned order we will inspect it for defects & reimburse payment.
Please Note: We will not make refunds or exchanges if a you do not care for a particular scent. If you are concerned about a particular scent you may order a Mini Jar too see if it is to your liking.
